I heard a lot of good things about this chili oil from the bay area, didn't disappoint! The garlic somehow stays crunchy being in the oil and it goes great with almost anything!

A great chili crisp. Very flavorful with the garlic cubes and a good amount of spice, but not overwhelming. Also love supporting a local San Jose business.

Huge fan of Hot Boi Chili Oil after trying them out at an SJ Made event. Got a couple jars for my dad for Christmas and it's become a staple in our house. The original is a great addition on pizza, bread, pho, and anything else you might want to try. It's truly the best.
