First, we gotta talk about oil infusion. This is how our hot oil has hella flavor. There's 3 types of oils: spice oil (corn oil, Saigon cinnamon, bay leaf, whole clove, green cardamom, star anise), garlic oil (corn oil, fried garlic), shallot oil (corn oil, shallots)
For seasoning, it's all natural ingredients! We use organic cane sugar, Himalayan pink salt, shiitake mushroom powder. Easy as that!
We use a blend of crushed pepper flakes and gochugaru (Korean red pepper flake) for the Original Hot Boi Chili Oil, but if that's not hot enough for ya, the FIRE Hot Boi Chili Oil's got an extra fiery Carolina Reaper flakes. Use with caution, friend.
Lastly, you can't forget the star of the show. GOLDEN NUGGETS OF CRUNCHY GARLIC. FULL STOP. That's right, we figured out the science to fry a proper piece of crunchy garlic. So we're not really a chili crisp, but a chili crunch! Best of all? It's sourced locally from Gilroy, California!
